I have slacked in my walking Across Wyoming! We had a cold snap one week, and snow/wind the next. I just couldn’t bring myself to go out and fight the cold and wind. But this week is better. This week I have walked! And all that snow? Well, it is melting into lakes and puddles and swollen creeks! It’s a wonderful sight!

Welcome to another Weekend Wind-down link party! It’s always fun to see who will join us, and all the awesomeness out there.
Here are your wonderful hostesses! Please go follow them in some way… Pinterest, blog, Facebook, Twitter, G+, you choose! And thank them for hosting, will ya? They are teaming up with me to showcase your links on 8 – yes, eight! blogs. So if you link back to us, you may get your post featured. Which means we promote them on Pinterest, Facebook, G+, etc. It’s a great opportunity for some extra publicity for your blog.
Welcome to another Weekend Wind-down link party! It’s always fun to see who will join us, and all the awesomeness out there. We have some great features for you – but first, aren’t these just the cutest little snow pants ever?! I think so! I may be prejudiced…

How was your week? Mine was great – other than some blogging stress associated with the loss of our internet signal for the better part of four days! I guess the heavy cloud cover/snowstorm was to blame. We didn’t get a lot of snow – just lots of really cold weather! Like -22º!!! Brrrr. It is a beautiful, frozen world out there…
My Cowboy spent two days this week meeting with a guy from CO who was selling off some bred heifers. They looked good, so he ended up buying a few. It’s really exciting to see our personal cattle herd start to grow! Yes, it’s tiny – in ranching terms, (kinda like my blog, in blogging terms!) but it’s growing! And that is the fun part – the potential. The growth. The dreams for the future. Hey, we need to have something to keep these youngsters busy as they grow up, right? What better way than having a herd of cows to care for?
First off, I want to mention a few favorite link-ups from last week. Each of the WWDP hostesses choose one post to feature. Here are the picks from last week:
I want to say a special thank-you to everyone who links back to us your posts! It is much appreciated, and makes it easy to pick the featured posts, when someone has a link to us! I know it’s a pain to link back, so I want you to know I truly appreciate the effort!
It is cold and snowy around these here parts, although that is normal for us – unlike the weather in the south! I feel for ya – all you southerners! I know when it gets cold down there, it feels really miserable! Guess you just have to use the cold as an excuse to drink more coffee – or hot chocolate.
The beautiful sunshine outside my door this morning!
One giant party across 8 blogs! That means your post gets a lot of exposure! Meet the hosts:
As always, we each pick a favorite link to feature. This week we have some great ones! Although it was hard to choose, because there were so many great links!
Happy Friday! It’s time for our Weekend Wind-Down Party again, WooHoo!! I love seeing all the links and new blogs. Some great ones last week – here are the featured links! If you have been featured, feel free to grab the “I Was Featured” button on my sidebar and display it on your blog!
Happy Friday, friends! I have been on a week-long vacation in (mostly) sunny Florida!! I loved spending a few days there and visiting all my childhood haunts. I mostly enjoyed showing them to my own children. They fell in love with the tree-ripened grapefruits, sandy white beaches, and swaying palm trees – just as I did as a kid. It did mess up my blogging for awhile though – I couldn’t seem to get to much internet – let alone a computer! So I apologize for missing last week’s linky party. I am here tonight! (and super excited!) I will leave you with just one picture from my vacation last week…

I have fun news! Every Friday, starting at 6 PM, I am co-hosting a link party! It will be shared across 8 blogs, so lots of fun to be had! I am on vacation in FL right now, so I am unable to help out this week. So, so bummed about that! but next week I’ll have this humming! I just have my phone for internet access, so it’s really hard to blog. However, I want you to go visit the other hosts, if you are a blogger- link up! If you are a reader-go see what fun blog posts are awaiting you!! I shall be waiting impatiently for next weeks ‘ link party!
