Hearty Breakfast Casserole
This breakfast casserole is dleiciously different. Hearty potatoes, tender eggs, and creamy sausage gravy ytopped with cheddar cheese.
- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 12 eggs, scrambled with 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups gravy
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400.
Scramble eggs with 1 tsp salt. Set aside.
Spray 2-qt baking dish with cooking spray.
Add hash browns to baking dish.
Place scrambled eggs on top of hash browns.
Spread gravy over eggs.
Add cheese on top and cover.
Bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes.
