This breakfast casserole is dleiciously different. Hearty potatoes, tender eggs, and creamy sausage gravy ytopped with cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen hash browns
  • 12 eggs, scrambled with 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups gravy
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Scramble eggs with 1 tsp salt. Set aside.
  • Spray 2-qt baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Add hash browns to baking dish.
  • Place scrambled eggs on top of hash browns.
  • Spread gravy over eggs.
  • Add cheese on top and cover.
  • Bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes.
