- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup dates
- ½ cup cranberries dried
- ½ cup prunes
Place all fruit and nuts into food processor.
Grind till well-blended and beginning to stick together.
Press into a 9X9 pan, between two sheets of parchment paper.
Chill till firm, about an hour.
