Date Nut Bars

Decadent date nut bars that will be a hit wherever you take them. Naturally sweet, chewy and dense.

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup dates
  • ½ cup cranberries dried
  • ½ cup prunes


  • Place all fruit and nuts into food processor.
  • Grind till well-blended and beginning to stick together.
  • Press into a 9X9 pan, between two sheets of parchment paper.
  • Chill till firm, about an hour.
