Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust unbaked
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1 cup pecan halves

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Place eggs, sugar, maple syrup, butter, vanilla, and salt into a blender. Blend for 10 seconds.
  • Place pecans in the unbaked pie crust.
  • Pour the maple syrup mixture over the pecans.
  • Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling puffs up in the middle.
