Instructions
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and cilantro and cook 2 more minutes.
Place meat in a crockpot, add tomato mixture.
Add spices and stir.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours.
Serve over rice or potatoes.
