or one batch homemade tortillas.

Instructions
Thaw and drain frozen fish.
Roll each piece in Blackened seasoning.
Melt butter in a large skillet.
Add seasoned fish to skillet in a single layer.
Fry 3-4 minutes on each side, over medium-high heat, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Wrap fish in tortilla, serve with desired condiments.
