Instructions
Beat together the first 4 ingredients.
Stir in rhubarb.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, and butter, sprinkle on top of the rhubarb mixture.
Bake for 1 hour at 350*.
Cool and serve.
