Instructions
Finely dice the pineapple, onion, and jalapeno. (or pulse in food processor)
Stir in the chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Let salsa sit for 30 minutes, then serve. (may serve immediately, too)
Chill leftovers.
