dandelion tea

TBL fresh lemon juice

box low sugar pectin
regular probably works too
Instructions
Place dandelion tea, pectin, and lemon juice in large saucepan.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Add sugar and bring back to a rolling boil (that can't be stirred down).
Boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat, skim foam if desired.
Fill jars and screw on lids.
Hot water process for 10 minutes. (15 minutes if over 6,000 ft elevation)
