Mix the karo, steak sauce, and mustard together, set aside.
Slice onion and set aside for later.
Mix ground beef with salt and pepper, shape into 8 patties.
Fry over medium heat until fully cooked.
Remove to covered serving plate, keep warm.
Put butter in frying pan and turn heat to medium-low.
Add onions to butter, stir and fry till beginning to soften.
Add sauce and stir up all the browned bits and let bubble for 1-2 minutes.
Pour sauce over mini-meatloaves and serve hot.
Notes
You may substitute maple syrup or honey for the Karo if you want a healthier version.You can use venison instead of beef in this recipe.Add some red pepper flakes or sriracha for a spicy punch!
