Instructions
Slice cucumbers, tomatoes, ad onions into 1/4-inch slices or small chunks.
Stir together the oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper until sugar is dissolved.
Pour marinade over the vegetables and stir well. Cover and let rest in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
