Working Heifers in January.

Published: Jan 29, 2015 by Kay Schrock · This post may contain affiliate links · 2 Comments

The heifers needed some shots this week, so the neighbors were called, and yesterday the cowboys rode out and gathered the heifers in to the corrals.  I walked out for a few minutes and snapped few quick pictures. It wasn't particularly inviting - the 40 mph wind was whipping the dust into my eyes (and my camera!)  and I had to keep brushing my hair out of my eyes so I could see through the veiwfinder. 🙂

Hi Kay - thank you so much for including your menu with the recipes! Having teenagers at home I feel like I'm feeding a whole working ranch myself!
    Have a blessed day,
    Donna

    P.S. I love your photography!

That meal sounds absolutely wonderful. The syringe was pretty scary!
