This thick, creamy cheesecake fruit dip is the perfect accompaniment to a big platter of summer fruit. The cream cheese makes it so decadent. It would be good with graham crackers or vanilla wafers, too.

A fruit platter with fruit dip makes such a lovely party dish, for gatherings and events. Sometimes, I like to fix a large platter of fresh fruit and set it out on the counter, so my kids (and me!) remember to eat some fruit!

How to make fruit dip

First, soften the cream cheese. This makes it easier to stir together. Next, add all ingredients to a bowl and beat with a mixer or a spoon. It is much easier to use an electric mixer! Beat till smooth, then place in a serving dish.

This is really such an easy fruit dip recipe, I don't know why I don't make it more often! So delicious, too. This cheesecake fruit dip will definitely be a crowd-pleaser at your next brunch or potluck.
